Hi everyone! Hope you've all been fine and dandy since we last spoke... about a year ago. Wow, has it really been a year? Time sure flies! Quite a bit has happened since then. In a nutshell, I finished my undergraduate, returned to England, kept doing research, created a (mainly) book blog, read a bunch of fantastic books, began writing 100 new stories and dropped all of them, restarted learning crochet, made some new friends, and, of course, kept taking photos and uploading them to my Flickr account. And now, I am pondering on taking a Masters in the UK. If any of you have ever looked at the fees around here, you'll know how absurdly high

It's been ages since I've last done anything in my DeviantArt account even if I have been lurking around, and it looks like a lot has changed. I'm not sure if, for example, this ability to add pictures to journals is new or just a part of the free premium membership day. That's how long I have been away from DA activity-ness. But that does not mean I have been away from photography or any other of my writing/crafting hobbies. Au contraire. I was lucky enough to spend the last few months in England doing an internship. First things first, I wish you all a wonderful new year and may 2011 be better than 2010 and worse than 2012! (I know, I know, it's hard when the world's supposedly going to end in 2012 but still, one can try, right? :P) With a new year, I have decided to do one small thing (besides uploading two new photographs after who knows how many weeks): I finally created a Flickr account. So far, I haven't uploaded anything there that you can't see on this account, but one never knows, right?
